Temperatures in Frankfurt, Germany will be 41/30F (5C/-1C). It should be mild and cloudy throughout the day.
Temperatures in Prague, Czech Republic will be 32/19F (0C/-7C) with a chance of light snow.
Temperatures in Vienna, Austria will be 37/26F (3C/-3C), again, with chances of snow.

Florence will nearly drown in a freak thunderstorm. Frankfurt will be dark and dreary because of an unnaturally thick, low-lying cloud bank. Prague and Vienna will get blizzards courtesy of the madness wavelenth emitters. These extreme weather conditions will subside once the devices have been destroyed.
