What's with all the beer-drinking festivities anyway? I've never heard of this... Akwardo-fest or whatever it's called. Besides, aren't people concerned about making complete and utter fools of themselves if they start drinking in public? Not to rain on anyone's balloon float, but what happened to 'vigilance
