Well, Dave was gone two days ago. And I didn't know where he went, so I went over to his apartment to look for him...and there were crows in there, and no sign of Dave! And then he came back the next day, and said he'd been home.

But I guess the important part is that he wasn't gone very long, but I still missed him a lot. And so I thought, maybe I...liked him? I don't know. He was around for so long, and he was kind of pushy and a little sarcastic but he's really sweet too! And I missed him so much when I woke up and he wasn't there.
