[No one could have slept through that explosion, not even the residents at the upper floors. It takes a couple more minutes before Kurapika thinks of checking the network for information, though - after he tries to find out on his own, and a few confused seconds of talking to Kuroro and making sure that there's no nearby immediate threat.]
