Takasugi stops in mid-chew the moment he notices Katsura, belatedly remembers to swallow. His gaze flinches away.

Mmm. We discussed the possibility of expanding the Watch in a previous meeting and we're going to talk about it again today. Will you be alright on your own?

Aside from the obvious tension between them, Katsura feels slightly nervous about Takasugi hanging out with Okita even if he feels that this Okita means everything his said in their first meeting. It's just- he wants to fuss over Takasugi but there are things in his way! The least he can do is to make sure his friend will be fine.]
