Description: While everyone's busy making a commotion, one newcomer's going to study.
[Really, it's not that Jade doesn't trust people. It's just that he believes that he needs to know more before he decides to fight for a different government- but before that, he needs to know how to fight in a completely different way than before. It's this thought that spurs him to visit the library; he has no problem finding it since he's spent some time studying the communicator's functions.
And that's why you might see an unfamiliar (Or perhaps familiar) person taking a lot of books and studying them, making notes as he goes. He appears to be pretty deep into it, focusing fully on the subject at hand. While he's mostly quiet, he does make the occasional expression of disapproval for some reason...]
