[Yuffie has spent most of her time with Sasuke and Kasuga, and while she's been meaning to call Cloud to help her with some sword-training, she hasn't gotten around to that just yet. Instead, the ninja takes a moment to herself, finding a little more secluded area of the field to stretch and relax.

Or as relaxed as she can be, because the girl is just a little too keyed up and it's obviously frustrating her enough that she can't concentrate.]

[Reno spots her, but doesn't follow until his ankle starts acting up and he needs to go sit. Even then, he's not close enough to seem like he purposely is looking for her, because he's not. It's quieter here, and he's had enough of whining newbies]

[She really, really wishes she could pretend that she doesn't notice him, but that red hair is impossible to miss and after a minute or two of checking to see if he's still sitting there, Yuffie finally gives up and makes her way over to him. All she has to do is act normally, right? No big deal, nothing to worry about...]

[This situation? Not new for Reno. He just waves and stretches out his leg, wincing a little]

[She frowns at him, hands on her hips in her attempt at annoyance.]

What are you doing?

[electro_phoenix]

[He nods at the ankle]

Still healing, gotta rest it. [He snorts.] Why the hell doesn't this place have potions?

[Rolling her eyes, Yuffie crouches down next to him, knees drawn to her chest and balancing on the balls of her feet. She blinks at the ankle, then up at him.]

You're still complaining about the potions? It probably would have been better for you to stay in bed until it healed instead of running around like you do.

Yuffie, I can't sit still any more'n you can. I don't get stuck doing the office shit for a reason.

[wutaisrose]

You've got a point... [She sighs, resting her forehead on the tops of her knees.]

It wouldn't be a problem if you hadn't hurt yourself in the first- [Wait a minute. Quickly lifting her head, she gives him a shocked look.] Wait, say that again!

...Say what again?

[More spazzing. Lovely]

That! You..! [No, no, just her imagination. As usual. Yeah. That's all.]

N-Nothing, never mind. Probably just tired... [Can't say she slept very well, and she fully blames him.]

[He rolls his eyes] An' people say I'm a spaz. Too much coffee last night, Yuffie?

[wutaisrose]

[There it is again, just hearing him actually call her by her name turns her cheeks red. She glares, swatting at his arm.] Too much of you!

[electro_phoenix]

[He smirks]

Too much of me? You left before anything could get that far.

[He's keeping his voice low. No need in getting people's attention]

Of course I left, I don't-!! [And realizing she might be too loud she promptly huffs and quiets down, falling back to sit properly with her legs crossed.]

I don't really... know... Agh! Forget it. [She can't look him in the eyes without getting flustered, so it's easier to just look away.]

[Reno chuckles, though he's not being sarcastic or anything.]

I kinda figured that out. Didn't mean you had to leave.

[Does that sound like he wants to sleep with her? Possibly. He's rethinking that line in his head.]
