[Complain about the dinner? ("This doesn't look like a Chocobo at all!") Check. Make jokes about Aerith giving the boys cooties? Check. Drink? Check. Although the drinking might have been somewhere between complaining and cooties...

But now Yuffie's clinging to a sobering-but-still-tipsy dizziness and she finally stands back from the others, snickering at them to herself. It's an affectionate snickering, honest, because these are some of her favorite people in the world and she's perfectly content with not forcing herself into being the center of attention for once.]

[Where there should have been a witty, sharp-tongued response, Yuffie instead somehow sank lower, eyes focused on her shoes as she lightly swung her legs back and forth.]

[Reno just looks at her for a second before standing and grabbing her wrist.]

C'mere, need to show you somethin'.

H-Hey..! [Not that she puts up a fight or even struggles when he takes hold of her. She just gives a worried glance to the others to make sure they aren't being watched before willingly following the redhead.]

[He drags Yuffie out into the hall before kissing her]

You get more mood swings drunk than y'do sober. It's annoyin'.

[It's a surprise, but a good one. She gives a wide smile and leans away from him.]

You're just jealous that I have an awesome date and it's not with you, right?

[He smirks]

Depends. Do I know 'im?

[Her hands clasp together behind her back and she tries to look thoughtful.]

I don't know. Do you know a really cute, funny guy that totally and completely worships me?

Yeah, the one up here. [Reno taps Yuffie's head, snickering as he kisses her again. He...is currently not thinking about the fact that Zack, Aerith, and all of their friends are in the apartment behind them.]

[She scrunches up her nose, hands on her hips until he's kissing her again and the annoyance vanishes. Her arms slide over his shoulders, holding herself closer to him and kissing him back before pulling away a little.] You'd be jealous if he were real. [And a quiet laugh, because she's faintly aware that this isn't his apartment like usual.]

I don't get jealous.

[He either kills the bastard or lets the girl go. Usually the last one. Easier that way]

Possessive, maybe.

[Her head tilts to one side, eyes wide and curiously looking up at him.]

But only about someone you care about?

[Only answer she's getting out of him.]

[She doesn't like her own disappointment at that answer, because what does she care, it's not like she... for him... or anything...

A shake of her head and Yuffie's grinning again.] Sheesh, alright, I get it! You talk too much.

[electro_phoenix]

Tell me somethin' I ain't heard before.

[Another kiss, then he pulls back grinning]

I just had an idea for getting those two t'be less...in denial.

[Suppressing her pout, she leans back, arms returning to her sides as she turns her gaze to the others outside of the hall. That's right, they weren't alone...]

More like something that'll shove them, right? [She sighs heavily.] It'll have to be a really, really good idea.
