Description:  Apparently wearing a form fitting white and blue suit is not fashionable this days, so it's time to buy new clothes.

Zelos smiled, Ram may or may not understand that his hair, in fact everything about him had been cultivated to produce the ideal mana signature so that he or one of his offspring could have made a viable body for the 'goddess'. "Thank you, a lot have people have told me I am special, many times, but I can actually believe it when you say it."

With a slight grin he reached up and threaded his own fingers into Ram's hair. "Your's is nice too you know."

"Ah-h.." Rams fingers twitch nearly imperceptible and his breath caught in his chest. The fingers coursing through his curls sent tingles through the hidden circuits lining his scalp.

No one ever did that before and the hidden circuits on his face lightened up, thin rivets of soft purple beneath his eyes. The triangular symbol that Ram was sporting in his chest appeared in his forehead as well. "T..thanks."

"Well that is a new one for me." Zelos said, noticing the reaction though he didn't remove his hand just yet, "I have made many people glow from complement, but not quite like you." He make sure to give Ram a genuine smile to show that he didn't mean any kind of insult.

"May I touch?" he asked, pointing to Ram's cheek with his other hand.

Ram took the glowing joke in a literal way, decided not to comment on it, and just gave Zelos a sheepish smile in return. He didn't noticed the strange looks some people were giving them as Zelos moved a hand to his cheek.

The program blinked at the sudden question but didn't give it much thought. But of course he could, Zelos was a User. How could Ram say no anyway? He nodded briefly in agreement.

Softly, almost as if he were touching a glass figure, Zelos let his finger rest on Ram's cheek, right on top of one of the glowing circuits. He brushed it back and forth for a moment, amazed that even with the light showing up Ram's skin was still smooth and soft. "That is amazing, really." He said, his voice soft with awe and wonder.

Ram's circuits flushed an increasingly bright shades of violet, but he tried to stay still. His circuits felt warm, and pulsed sporadically under Zelos's touch.

"Hmmm...." A few seconds later Ram realized that he should probably say something more than that. "It's nothing special.., all the programs have circuits but the patters are always different.

Slowly, with that same soft touch, he slid his finger along the circuit, watching as the color changed and amazed at how warm it was to the touch.

"It may be normal to you..." he responded with a soft smile, "but to me... It is... beautiful. Not even angel wings look as beautiful as this." He said, speaking honestly, though his view of said wings was tainted with the knowledge of what caused them and why.

"I saw an angel wing once, Casablanca has one." Ram smiled. He thought that those were really pretty and he said so to Casablanca. He was flattered by the comparison.

"Oh really?" he asked, continuing to trace the light trails in Ram's skin. "In my world it was a rare treat to meet an angel, to see their wings."

"We didn't even have those in my world." Ram blinked slowly, but managed to control his breath before to continue. "Wings are very special, right? Did you ever see an angel?"

"I've seen many of them." he said, his heart tightening as he thought about it, he let his hand fall away from Ram's cheek. 'All of this is so much more beautiful than any angels wings, I should be allowed to touch beauty that pure.' he thought to himself even as a rueful smile found it's way to his face. "The angels of my world were pitiful creatures, created thanks to the darkness and hatred of the human heart."

Ram remained quiet, his circuitry flickering in waves and pulses, eyes big due both the praise received and the confession about angel's doings in Zelos's worlds. He noticed his companion's change of mood and wondered if there was something else about angels that Zelos wasn't telling him. Ram squeezed Zelos's hand gently.

"Then I guess is a good thing that we are here and not in your world. Who knows how angels behave here, right? Perhaps they aren't so mean in this new world."

Zelos smiled at Ram's comment, returning the hand squeeze. "I'm sure the angels here can't be as bad as the ones back home." Despite his smile and the tone of his voice Zelos had to fight back the little dark part of his mind that had to point out he had nearly become one of those 'bad angels' by his own choice.

Ram nodded silently. He still had the sensation that something worried Zelos, but he couldn't tell for sure. Maybe it was time to change the subject and do what they came to do.

"So, the clothes? How do they work? they come in so many colors...."

"Yes, the clothes." Zelos responded, grabbing onto the new topic and redirecting his mind to that. "Well, they cover your body, keep it warm during cold weather, those kinds of things."

He led Ram to one of the first racks of clothes in the men's department, it was full of sweaters, some in muted or dark colors, others in vivid or light colors. He sifted through the colors until he pulled out a blue, it was lighter, but not too bright and Zelos nodded at the choice. "Here hold this one, it looks good.

There are so many colors so that people can have things that look good on them. Since people have different colored skin, hair and eyes they can't all look nice in the same colors. For example, even though we both have blue eyes my red hair would make that sweater look very wrong on me, but with your blond hair it will look good on you." As he explained Zelos kept one eye on Ram the other on the racks pulling out a good variety of clothes, even grabbing a few darker ones that looked good when held up.

'There so much stuff' Ram thought wryly wondering why Users needed so many different kind of clothes. They felt strange to the touch too, not like his suit or armor. More malleable. No, malleable wasn't the proper word, Rikku mentioned a different one. Those clothes were...soft.

"Uh..those look..nice."
