Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. Once a month a log goes up to play out interactions and teaching. It happens from 6 am to 9 am, and this time it's happening December 31st, in-game.

[Again, sword training. She has improved, but she knows she still has work to do. Stop her for a match?]

[Naoto moved a distance from Raidou, her hold on the practice sword firm]

Yes.

[timelessummoner]

[Raidou gets into his stance, focused. He'll have to be careful with his arm, but he does have years of experience to make up for the handicap.

He'll let Naoto go for the first strike.]

[pishirogane]

[Though, Naoto doesn't make the first move right away. She appears to be sizing up Raidou accordingly.]

[He waits for a moment longer before going in for an attack. The first swing, fast as it is, is mainly to get her to move; for now, he's going to test her, to see just what how far her skills have advanced.]

[She blocks the swing and quickly moves back. Raidou's much more proficient at this than her so she'll have to be careful ]

[timelessummoner]

[He presses on, attacking from different directions to let her try blocking and dodging. At the same time, he's watching her closely, waiting for a counterattack.]

[Practicing blocking and dodging is very good. After a fourth dodge, moves in and takes a swing]

[His arm aches a little when he blocks. He ignores it and deflects the swing to the side, trying to throw her off-balance. Can she recover fast enough?]

[She can, but then she's back on defense, watching.]
