Description: Mission 143 - Cloud and Sephiroth return to Europe to combat the migration of Kishin Eggs into the area.
The madness of the area was just as difficult to combat as the last time that they had been in Europe. Cloud, as usual, was unaffected by the oppressing wavelength, but he could tell that it was around based on how strong the Kishin Eggs were in the area. He knew that it was bad because he had to keep a constant grip on his Weapon at all times in order to keep the effects from taking root in Sephiroth.
Their mission had been relatively successful so far, and they were tracking the last of a band of Kishin Eggs that had moved against a small farming village of Slovania. The last of the small group had finally come from lurking in the small town square, though it was more of an area that happened to be more 'open' than the rest of the place.
He had confronted the last injured Kishin there, the Masamune singing in his grip as he quickly moved against the creature and struck it down with a quick set of slashes. He found the air slice to be a perfect way to start a combat with charging Kishin Eggs, and then it was a matter of covering the distance as they attempted to dodge out of the way. He had finished the Kishin with an old Limit Break move that he had mimicked from Zack months before, finding Cross-slash always a handy way of dealing with annoyances.
His glowing blue eyes watched as the spiny body of the Kishin Egg dissolved, leaving behind the glittering red soul. He flicked the Masamune out to the side, giving his Weapon the signal that he would continue to hold Sephiroth even during a change back to human form. "This one is yours," he murmured softly. "And the mission is complete."
