It had taken a lot of effort to lug the equipment from the apartments all the way down to the shopping district, but it was made better with the rest of the band helping out too. They began setting up around noon, slowly getting the stuff up to the rooftops of the convenience store Shin made most of his beer-runs to. They were finished setting up by 1, and the sound of the speakers crackling and whining to life cut through the usual sounds of the street. The group took a few minutes to make a sound check with Shin at the mic.

"One, two, one, two."

Envy was off to the side, at a keyboard. Instead it was Shin who stayed at the front, looking behind him to Envy, Youske, and the drummer, all still close enough to the edge to be visible from the curb. Seeing that they were all ready, he turned back to the mic and the drummer counted off the beats.

Youske began the music with his guitar and Shin joined in with his bass as Shin began to sing.

"What'll you do when you get lonely, and nobody's waiting by your side?" He put so much passion into the song that he seemed on the verge of tears on stage. As it finished, he stepped back, forgoing the mic to Envy.

"Hello again Death City- that handsome boy just singing was Shin, usually on bass-" she looks over her shoulder, and on cue, the blue-haired boy plucks out a complicated series of notes. "And on guitar, we've got Yosuke," another expectant look over her opposite shoulder, and Yosuke's solo took only a second or two longer to get started than it needed to. "And of course, on keyboard and vocals, you lucky things have little old me." A slide of her fingers over the keys, and then a quick but complicated melody, smile widening, just a touch sharp, as she grinned into the camera. "-and together we're BlaDe. Now," she took a step back, pulling the microphone to settle above her keyboards. "Have we got a show for you!"

The band begun again, first doing a cover of "Pretty Vacant', and only paused a moment before rolling into another Sex Pistols cover, "No Feelings".

The group played one last song, this one a lot more mellow, 'There is a Light That Never Goes Out".

The last notes began to fade, and the four walked further back on the roof, disappearing from sight.
