CAPTURE TEAM COORDINATION

This is for the team that is after Ryoki to stop him, capture him and send him to jail. Characters can interact as they please (*cough*sasukekarkatnaruto*cough*), discus how they'll do this or, if they wish to, even talk to those who got attacked (because you guys are following a path, so it's no surprise if you meet injured people).
Neji is currently stalking Ryoki so he will coordinate how the team should follow (since Ryo is leaving a trail of fire and destruction behind him, and he isn't following a specific path).

This is not the capture itself, that's below.

Karkat, following Neji's intelligence, was one of the ones keeping on Ryoki's trail. It was kind of pissing him off. It seemed like they couldn't go more than a few weeks without someone losing their mind and going bugshit all over Death City, leaving people laid up in the horrorspital. Screw Madness and Witch hexes; at this point it felt like all the other side really had to do was wait for Shibusen and its guests to wreck themselves from the inside.

He made a brief memo, his first since returning to Death City, warning the other trolls to stay off the streets yet again, then took off down a side street in an attempt to cut Ryoki off. He had another reason for trying to shave time off the run, too. He still wasn't sure what exactly had happened to Naruto or of Sasuke had been involved at all, but if both deputies jumped into this, there

The last few days had been something of an emotional roller coaster for Sasuke, but somehow, by the time he rose this morning, he'd felt more rejuvenated than he had since before Christmas. He still wasn't sure who had seen his little display at the training grounds yesterday morning, but Sasuke was attempting to put it out of his mind.

Who saw didn't matter, not since his point had been delivered to the one person it mattered.

But when the alarm went off, the spark Sasuke had thought he'd lost had been rekindled. The name was one he recognized, he was sure he'd had an altercation with this man once before, and he would have been more annoyed if he wasn't enticed by the prospect of the fight. He had energy, and now a place to expend it.

Plus, it was aggravating, having these idiots making a scene when they had bigger things to worry about. Like war.But Sasuke was moving through the district, following the sounds of upheaval, and so when he leaps between the buildings to ground level, he only realizes once he's hit the pavement who

He's been running for what feels like ages, and as his sandals clack over the roof tops, rattling shingles and scuffing pain, Naruto still has yet to catch sight of their target. His pace slows as he rounds a corner, just enough to pivot his weight onto another ledge, but the view remains equally chaotic. They're on the right track- but it's still nothing concrete

Who else is after this boy? She can't be the only one in this City following the trail of smoke and blood he's leaving behind, can she? Then again, the wolf goddess is focused on her gallop through the districts, keeping her distance while tailing the strange boy who smells almost like her oxen son. Now would be an excellent time to be able to jump onto the rooftops.

[Neji's up on the rooftops already, running along with his eyes fixed on the soul ahead of him. It's a tricky balance of coordination; paying attention to his immediate surroundings so as to move without difficulty, as well as keeping focus on his target. But he's had more than enough training with the Byakugan that it hardly phases him- and he's not losing sight of Ryoki.

Lain's computer form in hand, Neji relays positions and coordinates to the team in pursuit, updating everyone in range about the situation and issuing warnings as they go.

The wolf registers as an oddity, but he can see her soul through his vision, and so he knows it's a guest. There was time enough for questions later, and he gestures ahead as he has Lain highjack their communicator frequency]

We're going to attempt to block him off up ahead-- his goal seems to be the outer city.

[Her ears flick and she almost halts. She could've sworn a voice just spoke from her... fur. Ah? Was someone contacting her? Fortunately, when you can use your tail to write, it does not break stride]

Ah, you're part of the Watch. Well, I hope you don't mind me chasing this boy down.

[Though, it was not much of a chase. Ryoki didn't move that fast.]

Naruto, Sasuke, and Karkat are also in pursuit.. I've been feeding them directions as I track his progress.

He's just started following the trail of destruction. This was not what Gai had expected when he went on a run around the city, but as it was what he'd found, Gai was ready to find a way to help. What even was going on? It was bad enough that they had to fight kishin trying to eat entire villages, but now something like this was happening? And it couldn't be a kishin or witches. There would be madness, and Gai didn't feel that itch at the back of his neck. This was a resident. Again.

At least he knew it wasn't someone from his world. This wasn't the mark of an Uchiha. Gai just needed to catch up and see what was going on, and see if he was required. He moved forward, tracing the very easy path the assailant had taken.

Tenten tried just as valiantly as Gai is now to fend off the threat. The people here were her friends, and in some cases, pseudo-family. She couldn't let madness take over, dreams get burned or people get hurt. It wasn't her, or anyone on Team Gai's style. So, with all of her pluckiness, she put her life on the line and tried to stop him with a complete abysmal result

He would have stopped for anyone crawling out of a burning building, when not on a mission. They needed to be pulled clear. But even with the bruises and burning, the smoke and the ash, Gai would recognize that person anywhere.

The pursuit could wait.

Missions were important, protecting was important, but Tenten came above almost all the rest of the city. His vest was already coming off as he dashed to her side, trying to carefully cover her with it without brushing the burned marks. "I am here, Tenten. I am here." She might be in shock, might not be able to hear him, but that didn't matter. As gently as he could Gai picked her up. The flames were too close, and she needed to not be crawling more.

He couldn't quite process what he was seeing yet. She looked too damaged for him to grasp. "I have you." Too little, too late, but at least he was here now. The hospital. They needed to head there. Gai moved with care, not wanting to jostle her.
