I'd love to volunteer Neji to tracking the guy, hiding with Lain's invisibility and follow him to keep a bead on him and communicate Ryoki's movements to whoever else is after him if possible~

Ryoki is pretty random about this. All he wants is to get to the desert, so he'll take the fastest root possible. If there is too much traffic on a street, he'll just change his root randomly.

Cars will be his main target to burn down. Since cars blow up. Anyone who literally gets in his way will get a cocktail molotov thrown at them. If that fails, Ryoki is more than glad to punch.

This is pretty much how it'll go.
