Title: Bertie and the dashed unhelpful valet
Rating: G
Warnings: Just general silliness and general gen. Oh, and a non-native speaker's attempt at puns.
Author's note: This has been waiting on my harddrive for forever, i.e. almost a year. Ideas for fics about a certain day or holiday always only come to me at the end of those days. -_- Well.

I was wondering whether you'd post this today.

As you already know: I like.

Mistakes can also be send to me, since I'm the blind woman who probably overlooked them... I'll take the shame.

In that case, I'll just quietly point out that "Mistakes can also be send" should be "sent" instead. (You did a fine job in your beta of the actual piece.)

Darn. Thanks, I thought it looked slightly strange ;)

*bows head in shame*

btw: Awww, you like Torchwood! <3

There is no shame. I only do 3 languages: English, American and Canadian (okay, and a smattering of Australian.)

And I used to LOVE Torchwood. Then they killed my 3 favourite charcters. Now I choose to believe that the Pandorica reset everything and TW never happened. *Sigh* I'm happy that isn't a risk in Jeeves & Wooster.

That was exactly the reaction I had hoped to get. :) Thank you!

This is really adorable. I have to wonder if Bertie will attempt a bit of revenge.

Thank you! ^^
Well, if he dares... and if he could come up with something clever enough to fool Jeeves. :)

It's rather doubtful that Bertie could truely fool Jeeves, but I'm sure Jeeves could, in fact, fool Bertie into believing he'd succeeded. :D

Are you trying to get me to do something...? ;)

You're right of course. I'll think about it. :D

HA! Werk it, Jeeves! This was hilarious. I wasn't expecting that ending at all. I loved this bit:

I opened and closed my mouth like a rainbow trout might when surprisingly yanked out of its warm, cosy pond to find itself on a boat next to a fisherman with murder in his eye.

“Jeeves!,” I cried out in italic print.

\o/ Yay, I managed to write a surprising ending! :)

To be honest: I'm quite proud of those sentences as well.;) Thanks for your nice comment!

I was convinced that Jeeves was giving Bertie a test -- you know, to see whether after 7 years of being saved by Jeeves, B. would finally be able to deal with an unexpected situation and turn off a girl all by himself :)

(I hope you write the sequel mentioned above, in which Bertie takes revenge!)

Oh, a very nice idea. But I think that would make Jeeves kinda redundant, so even IF Bertie was all grown-up... the last thing Jeeves would do is tell him that. :D

We'll see... it all depends on my inspiration, the slut. She's cheating on me with god-knows-whom at the moment, so I hope she'll come back when she's hungry! :D

Oh, that was lots of fun! I especially loved Bertie when he's hollering in italics!

If only I could manage drama quite as well as crack, I'd be sorted!
Thank you so much for your comment, it means a lot to me.
