Thanks so much with the update info. I'd be glad to contribute some add moneys for a private room.

I could probably come and assist with the getting things together as well, if you can let me know when and where on that. I can't promise anything, but I do believe it's possible.

I am totes down for this! Just curious about what time, since I might be going to one of the keynote luncheons, and I'm presenting for a panel (How to Create and Manage Your Own Quidditch Team). Other than that, woot!

And if you guys need art, or whatnot, let me know. I've got plenty of H/D art I can turn into postcards or whatever. If I have time, I might be able to make a few sketches too. PM if you want to work something out! :D

That would be awesome! We would love to have whatever you have time for! Postcards would be great and so would sketches. Let us know whatever you end up doing, and you can bring it to the bag stuffing party!

No probs! I'll get right to work on those! Most likely, they'll be postcards or sketches on index cards or something equivalent. :D

Saw the time...I might end up coming a little bit late since I'm supposedly holding a broom trial game of Quidditch (International Quidditch Association style). I'm guessing that it won't be more than an hour, so I'll have to stumble in late, if that's okay.

And if people are up for it, I'm totes up for donating $5-10 if needed.
