Sid Barret, Commander of the Rescue Operations, has just assigned me to take charge of the trainees/guests during this event. I am currently at Shibusen, in the facility where we train, with some of the other trainees with me. However, there are still more of us remaining in Casualty Communal and Death City Heights, and outside.
1. Use text messages. Video and voice messages are likely to be lost or broken in this sandstorm. Use those only if you do not have a choice in the matter.
2. There are citizens and some of our own comrades still outside. Our job is to retrieve them and bring them to safe points immediately. I have marked the map of areas where we are most needed, as well as the safe points
here.
3. We will go in partners and groups of four or more. Partners may go alone if they wish, but unpartnered meisters and weapons may not join the search unless they are in teams, preferably with a partnered teammate among them. Only those physically able are allowed to go. The sick and the injured should stay in Shibusen or any of the safe points and stay out of trouble.
I am assigning team leaders: China, Japan, Li Shang, Fa Mulan.
Major Armstrong, please work with your partner instead.
Those among you who are going, please do so while properly equipped against the sand.
4. Those who are still in Casualty Communal and Death City Heights are discouraged from leaving the buildings unless you are ABLE-BODIED and are able to help search for those still outside. If you are leaving, DO NOT LEAVE ON YOUR OWN. ENSURE YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE and report to me via DEMISE. Gather in a common area and start barricading the windows and doors to keep sand from coming in. Remain in the second to fourth floors where it is safest.
Edit: Ungarn has kindly reminded me to remind you to wear proper attire. Goggles and something to wrap around your head, mouth and shoulders should suffice. Souji has suggested that the Communal and Death City Heights should be prepared to take in the injured and other such victims. Please do so.
5. If you are outside right now and are alone, make your way back to the Communal, Heights, or Shibusen to be assigned to a rescue team.
6. If you are lost or are in danger or cannot move from where you are, press your SOS button immediately so that rescue teams may reach you.
