She is six years old and while she displays an admirable sense of independence, I think and you will agree that she is much too young to leave alone in an environment like this. If someone would please volunteer to become her new guardian, I would be much obliged. A unit in Death City Heights will also be arranged for your comfort. I shall, of course, be judging your merit as a guardian before accepting.
Second: Doctor Jonathan Crane requests that he be allowed to continue his research -- psychopharmacy, am I correct? -- in the hospital. I remain uncertain was to what this entails in full detail. Doctor, if you will step up to explain? Perhaps the Shibusen authority in charge of the matter may be able to answer your question better.
