I know this must be a shock, getting sent here all of a sudden, but I wanted to welcome you and provide you with some more information you'll be needing in the future so it won't be as much of a hassle.
I know most of you got the tour through the city and got a rundown of our... situation here, including the issue of Meisters and Weapons. Some of you are probably wondering which one you are, and how to find that out.
I have an ability known as Soul Perception. This is a Meister skill that allows the user to sense and see the souls of other people. With it, I -- and a few others as well -- can tell whether someone is a Meister or a Weapon. I wanted to let all the new arrivals know that I'm available for, ah, "soul-viewing," at any time.
