Greetings to you all. I am Naoto Shirogane, Weapon to Raidou Kuzunoha, and a detective at the Kuzunoha Detective Agency and Yorozuya, which I will henceforth refer to as 'the Agency'.
To those of you who have recently arrived in Death City I offer you both salutations and an explanation for the information I am about to impart to everyone regarding the current status of one Jonathan Crane.
A brief account of recent events is listed in the text portion below:

1. Beginning July 27th unusual and suspicious attacks began occurring in Death City. In these attacks a lone individual would be waylaid and sprayed with a gas that caused extreme fear and panic in the victim and often times caused hallucinations as well.
2. Eventually, due to process of elimination, various pieces of evidence, and the perpetrator's own confession to these deeds, it was found that one Dr. Jonathan Crane was the source of these unprecedented attacks.
3. Following this, both Shibusen and the Guests put forth separate and concerted efforts to find this individual. Unfortunately, he proved elusive in much the same way as Tohru Adachi had. Unlike Adachi, however, Crane's purpose seemed to be merely to stir up chaos and fear, not to kill and devour souls as was Adachi's intent.
Crane, as you might already be aware, was caught via the offensive action and personal risk of several Guests; he has since been brought to the Agency. Unfortunately, the facilities within Shibusen that were suited to humans were destroyed in Adachi's attack and have yet to be satisfactorily repaired. In the meantime, Crane will remain in the Agency's custody. His ability as a Weapon has been temporarily sealed by Professor Stein's abilities and he has been rendered harmless.
Visitations for questioning Crane may be arranged here, however, Shibusen faculty and staff not only have priority in obtaining access to the prisoner, but may also deny those they feel untrustworthy or too incompetent to interrogate Crane. As Shibusen is the ruling government in Death City, Raidou, myself, and those others associated with the Agency will bow to their wishes regarding wayward Meisters and Weapons. This is, after all, their life and expertise.
