This is for communication, right? I'm Doctor Naomi Kimishima, of the Cumberland Institute of Forensic Medicine in Maryland. I'm one of the new inhabitants here. I'll be willing to work here for the time being, until I can return--but I'm a doctor, not a soldier, and while I'm here I'll be working only as a doctor. That's the way I can serve here best. I...haven't picked up a scalpel for myself in months, but I haven't lost everything yet. I trust this place has a hospital, or some other medical facilities? I would appreciate it if somebody could direct me there.
In the meantime: I've already received some information about what's going on here, but seeing how I've just gotten here I still may not know all the facts. If there's anything at all that you believe I may need to know while I'm here, then I'd like to know that now, before it comes back to bite.
