He also seems to be sharply dressed to speak to the community and is standing outside next to some sort of building. He pauses a moment remember what he was going to say and adjusts his glasses just a bit.]
Ah -Hello, everyone! My name's Matthew Williams, or ah, Canada if you're familiar with the other countries here. Um! I just have an announcement to make to Death City.

I'm opening a restaurant. It's located in the shopping district in between Shibusen and the apartment complexes. [He gives the address here]
It's a bar and grill that's going to be open just before noon until fairly late at night with a mostly international menu. The prices are cheaper than Dorsia but a little more expensive than Deathdonalds. Ah, I can assure you its worth it in quality, though.
It's not open yet, I plan to open it in about a week, maybe less, but I do need to hire people before then so ...if anyone here is looking for a job, everything is available right now! [He pauses here to give a list of positions]
