[First there will be fumbling for a few moments, but eventually there's a small 'ah', as if Phoenix just discovered that its recording. A pause, and then he speaks.]
Apparently I have been told that many were alarmed by the accident that I have unwittingly caused yesterday morning, and so now I extend my sincerest apologies to everyone across the DEMISE network. I had no intention of ever alarming anyone due to my own carelessness, and so I hope that everyone will understand and not pursue this matter. It will not happen again, I promise.
[Pause again, and then almost as an afterthought:] Since I have the attention of everyone, I might as well ask something that's been on my mind for a while: Do you prefer the sun or the moon here?
