At first I thought that I had gone mad, but apparently I am not imagining this. Fine then. What is the best way to go about finding people in this city if you are confined to a wheelchair? I am looking for friends of mine and do not wish to use this PHS for private conversations.

Rufus is in the clinic, most likely, with a healing broken right heel, broken ribs, and some of kind of neck and head injury compilation, why are you so vague?. So anybody that has to come and go in there will know he's there.]
