[This time, when the video feed turns on, Souji is already smiling into the camera; he looks tired, yes, but also extremely relieved. Another thing that was causing him large amounts of stress had been lifted from his shoulders just a little bit. He';s sitting on the floor, leaning back against the couch. There's also a large blanket covered bump on said couch.]
There's been a lot of new arrivals to the city lately, and I just wanted to extend a hello to everyone who's just arrived. Unfortunately I don't have a group to offer people, so that they might come and join it, and I've seen that my friend, Rise, has already offered all the information that we have so far to everyone.
[The bump sneezes, and Souji frowns for a moment, pausing until the breathing evens out again and he smiles.]
What I can offer is if anyone finds themselves in need of something, or just someone to talk to, I'm more then happy to help. If you ever need me, my name is Souji Seta, and I work at the Bitch's Brew, a pub in the Entertainment District, as a cook. I work there almost every night, and I also go to training every morning in the park. [He glances away, looking to the side and then sighing with relief.]
To everyone else: my friend, Yosuke Hanamura, arrived with the latest batch of new arrivals to the city. I know that some of you might have known him the last time he was here, but he doesn't remember being here before, unfortunately. And for those from back home, I know that he would love to see all of you. [Pauses. Maybe not everyone...] Right now he's staying in my apartment; he's pretty sick, so I'll be taking care of him. If anyone wants to come and see him though, my apartment is 4D in the CC. I know he'd love to see everyone, and I wouldn't mind it either.

So now that there are four of you, does this mean you'll be looking for bigger housing? If you need any help in looking, or when you do start to move, let me know. Also, Nanako, I was wondering if you would like to come over and visit me and Yosuke? He'd really like to see you, and I know a visit from you will make him feel ten times better. As I'm sure all of you know, there have been some new arrivals from both of our times; friends that we know from back home. I think another meeting would be in our best interest. We might not have the power to wield a Persona here, like we did back home, it's still something that we don't have all the information on. I think it might be a good idea to pool our resources and compare notes. Minato-san, I also need to talk to you about some things, so when you have the time. I'll make ramen.

While I don't know the extreme details as to what happened, I do know that some of you may know the person who has done this.

Because of this, I want to urge to all of you that you should use the utmost caution, and should not call out to this person. It seems like what they want is a fight, and not just a fight; but one that will show other people what this one person is capable of. But standing up and saying things about how you're going to go and 'take the person out' just gives them more power and control. We have the Watch, and while you may not want to believe it, they are extremely good at what they do. [He sighs softly.]
So please. Do not go out and try to take on this person by yourself like it's some kind of macho show down. In the end, that won't help anyone, and unfortunately, I know that from personal experience. Thank you for your time in listening to me.
