To all interested parties: You are required to attend an important lecture outlining Shibusen's mission policies and guidelines.
The lecture will take place tomorrow in your usual classroom, instructed by Professor Sid and two of his field agents. Do not be late.
Do not attempt to locate the suspect before you are properly briefed - exhibit extreme caution and avoid confrontation at all costs.
