Before we jump right into the matter of missions, students of Shibusen, I will giving first a quick over view of Kishin Eggs.

A Kishin Egg is created when a person consumes a human soul. The act of murdering and then taking such a pure substance drives the offender into a state of madness where they continue to collect and collect more souls to satisfy their appetite for power.

Once they have consumed enough, Kishin Eggs become Kishin.

A monster with the power to send the world into Madness.

Are there any questions so far?

There was some discrepancy before. Can anyone absorb souls? Meister or Weapon?

Anyone is capable of consuming a human soul. Meisters are not recommended to consume Kishin Eggs because their bodies are not built to handle such concentrated evil.

He has taken a spot at the back of the room, arms folded across his chest, head lowered and looking fairly volatile. He doesn't seem to have anything to offer yet or any questions to ask, but he is listening to ever damn word.]

[ He half glances over at the man lingering in his gerneral proximity, his eyes briefly scanning over him for the same reason he always glances at someone: to size him up. Heine didn't recognise him, even at a glance he was sure of that but he wasn't there to be social--he was rarely somewhere to be social--and so made no gesture to greet the guy nor to introduce himself. He lacked patience for casual nicities at the best of times, but in this situation his tolerance for platitudes were nonexistent. ]

Now, onto mission rules and guidelines.

Located in Shibusen's main hall is the bulletin board that all missions are posted to.

Missions range in difficulty from one to five stars. One being the easiest, less dangerous and five being the most. Five star missions are reserved for only the most experienced technicians.

[He pauses. This is important.]

Only partners are allowed to take missions, it is otherwise too dangerous.
