LA vs NY (ranting sorry)

Living particularly in Hollywood, I've become oblivious to most peoples ignorance and judements....but outside of the surrounding Hollywood/Silverlake/Los Feliz/area, LA is one of the most segragated cities that I know of. so i was agreeing with you until you said you LOVE la.. i don't but maybe one day.... when it starts to snow out here.. i don't think i will love that

Yeah, I have to admit, in NYC most (if not all) are well verse in different culture/nationalities. When they look at me they always at least get what region my family is from, "Caribbean, Right!"

When I was in LA, it was like they couldn't figure it out. They knew I wasn't Mexican or South American for that matter, but they couldn't tell if I was African American? Some guy thought I was South Pacific! I was like, "what on my face even looks like I'm from the Pacific part of the world?".....Weird!
