I once had a customer call me "brain washed" because I insisted asking for ID for a credit card purchases was good for customers. When I tried to discuss this with her, she would have none of it. It was very disappointing that she would insult me so and not even debate the topic.

People just have no balls to stand up for their own opinions, they're too busy being passive-aggressive.
