Thats a real bummer. I know what losing a parent, or having one thats really sick, is like, and its definitely not fun.

It's really hard. I'm sure it's even harder when you're younger. My sister is only 13.. you and your brother were younger than that right?

hey.. i was just lurking around on lj when i read this.
I am so sorry for what is happening to your dad.
my uncle richard died from this same thing on march 27th, so i know somewhat of what you are going through. he had cirrohsis of the liver, and his stomach also swelled up. he was found on the road, i guess he was trying to find someone for help. he had a heart attack.
