Description: The part where Zatanna proves that she's still got it even without logomancy -- and some meet and greets.
Even without the ability to perform logomancy, Zatanna was an entertainment force to be reckoned with. She didn't need real magic to make it look like it on stage. There was a reason why even Tony Bennett called her the Queen of Vegas -- she was just that good. She didn't need lions or tigers, she didn't need to make yachts or buildings disappear (she was more in the business of rebuilding, anyway) to get eyes to stick on her. Though it was far from just sheer magic that would get the audience interested. She knew what she was doing the moment she donned the fishnet stockings and the heels, amongst the rest of the get-up. Zee was a pro.
Aside from that, Zatanna had a way of making everyone feel included, as if she was looking directly at you, speaking only for your ears to hear. That was what made her a brilliant performer. By the time it was all said and done -- doves, rabbits, death-defying feats, card tricks and shooting stars -- there was little doubt of her staying power.
There had been a few mishaps on the first day, but she had managed to make them appear as if they were planned, coyly deflecting attention from the accidents to herself as she subtly went about fixing them. The rest had run smoothly, even with a few new tricks added to the shows to mix it up. Each show was ended the same, with the removal of her top hat and a half bow before disappearing somewhere off-stage in a cloud of smoke, taking a quick break before coming out to mingle with the crowd, still in costume.
