Aug 13, 2010 02:00

Characters: America and England
Location: Starting a Death City's church, moving on to a hotel later on
Rating: PG-13
Time: August 30th; evening/night
Description: An upset America needs someone to talk to. When England answers the call, the two of them bond, console and maybe plot a little. Later on, the creepy "long" walk allllllll the way home proves to be a bit too much for our scaredy cat America. Obviously, the only answer is to stop at a hotel for the night. Together. Just the two of them...

The message was sent at a quarter past seven. He wondered how long it would take for England to get it. Would he come? He needed him to come. He needed someone to come because sitting here alone was starting to feel a bit awkward and it wasn't helping as much as he'd thought it would.

There was a definite separation between his church and state, but that had never... stopped America from... leaning in the direction of Catholicism. He tried not to let it determine too much, but it sometimes managed to leak over into his decisions and actions. Thinking about it made him feel a bit guilty, at times. But for now though, he was human. He could pray to anyone he chose to for himself. It was an unusual concept. The more he tested the waters and grew accustomed to this humanity thing, the more he worried about how difficult it would be to make the switch back to nationdom once everything was done and over with.
