A quarter of his Ryodan in the city. Kuroro had never expected their numbers to get past the number of one in Death City, but now there were three others and another three from their world, including his partner, a traitor, and an assassin.
An interesting cast, if he did say so himself, and he mulled on the plans and webs he would need to spin to keep his Ryodan on top of everything. Giovanni was doubtless monitoring his activities, and Hisoka was a wild card he needed to track. Shalnark could be trusted to do intelligence work, Machi could protect all three.
He stood there in front of the mirror that would take them to their mission, hands in his pocket and Kurapika beside him, thinking of various things while idly pacing once in a while. The mission would be good for them: it would keep Kurapika off the network and away from the rest of his men in the city, and it would give them a small measure of privacy without it being too private.
Plus, fighting would take the blond's mind off it.
