Time: Wednesday 22nd September, 3PM.
Description: Following a simple suggestion that snowballed into a fully fledged club with a lot more members than she ever expected, Minako kicks off the Death City Cooking Club with something easy, simple and relatively fire proof - Riceballs.

The ingredients she'd picked up a couple of days beforehand were sat on the breakfast bar counter, waiting to be used. To be honest, Minako was worried. There were a lot of things that could go wrong here - she'd all ready admitted to herself that whilst she wasn't a bad cook, she definitely wasn't an amazing cook. Not good enough to confidently teach a room full of people with little-to-no cooking experience... and what if there wasn't enough room? This was more likely than Minako cared to admit. When she'd suggested a Cooking Club, she'd expected... a little interest? Like in Gekkoukan, where she and Fuuka had been the only members of the Unofficial Cooking Club. Something they did for fun and practice, and it provided a good way to get to know each other better. Instead she'd gotten enthusiastic interest from well over ten different people, and that wasn't even counting the people who just wanted to show up to eat the food that was cooked.

Minako's room was a comfortable size, but she was nervous about fitting everyone in the kitchen area. Maybe they'd have to take turns in cooking the food, and then some people could go and try the food they'd made. It could be like a factory line and--

She sighed, and placed a hand on her forehead, breathing slowly.

There was no point in worrying. This was a test run. They were cooking a simple meal, one that hopefully wouldn't cause too much damage to the cooks, or her apartment. Spirit-san had already offered his much larger kitchen as a base for these meetings if her apartment was too small, so she could always relocate if they needed.

Everything would be okay.

Besides, Spirit-san was counting on her to give some of the... less than confident cooks here enough knowledge to fend for themselves. It was the least she could do, in exchange for possibly using his kitchen in the future.

Deep breath, and smile. Everyone would do their best today, so she should too.

[OOC: Feel free to post in ACTION or PROSE. Whichever you're most comfortable with. I'll be setting up comments for: Before everyone cooks; the cooking lessons themselves; the taste testing area and space for people who just want to eat rather than cook; and a finishing comment for after the club meeting. So that we don't get too confused, please reply to whichever one of those 'setting' comments when you want to post. o/]
