Characters: Okita Sougo and Itou Kamotaro (later on Kondo Isao and Hijikata Toushirou)

Description: Slumber party time. No homo.
When Okita went to see if Itou was in his room, it seemed that he had stepped out. At least he wasn't answering the incessant knocking and Shinsengumi arrest warrant threats. Weird, you'd figure a guy like that wouldn't have anything to do in his free time but sit at home and mope over his life choices and hate himself and his missing arm. But maybe he went out to hang himself. That was a pretty understandable use for Itou's time, Sougo thought.
Either way, the captain of the first squadron did what any self-respecting member of the Shinsengumi would do -- he broke into Itou's apartment, gave a call out into the place (just in case the man was actually there and shitting or sleeping or something), and then proceeded to make himself right at home -- raiding cabinets for food and finding the leftover sake from Christmas that he generously helped himself to (probably about four cups by the time Itou actually returned).
And whenever the Shinsengumi adviser did return, he would find Sougo sprawled out on his floor with the television blaring some drama he'd managed to get himself into. One of the man's pillows had apparently been pulled off his bed and now served as an arm rest, his free hand digging into a bag of potato chips -- shoving them in his mouth almost zombie-like, eyes glued and unblinking on the television.
