It's a bit batshit crazy right now but the worldbuilding is actually decent in the last arc so far. And it brings back a lot of favorite (sadly neglected) characters.

You already know the nature of Bleach: you see 20 new characters within like 3 chapters, then 16 die quickly. Personally I can't not read it, I'm too invested in the ultimate outcome haha. I know it's meant to end soon (yes??) so I'm reading til the end.

PS someone you mentioned may have reappeared recently ;)

Totally worth another try. I'm not going to say every chapter or every fight is stellar, but it's definitely been enjoyable (at least for me) overall. And now you'd have the benefit of reading all the chapters together rather than having to wait for their releases. There have been some really good moments - particularly after chapter 600.
