Thank you for this chapter! I can't wait to see how it all ends, but at the same time I don't want it to end because I like this story so much.
The events you describe always feel so real. I particularly liked the bag buckle on glass part because I have a leather satchel myself and I've felt like an elephant in a china factory several times because of how noisy it gets every time you put it somewhere. The tension in the room is heightened and very real.
I did see your PM and I plan to watch it now that I'm finally finished with this story, so thanks for that.
I hear you about buckle + glass. I worked for a magazine in the 80s where the art director often wore this jangley bracelet with old coins hanging from it. Whenever she was going over transparencies on the light table the thing would clash and clank like mad and it drove me absolutely up the wall.

The coming together of all of these pieces of this puzzle and showing how one human being can connect so many others the great gift the world lost when Elliot left us but he also left us with the insight of his and the gifts he gave are priceless. The connections are surreal and wonderful and so fulfilling. Joe
