While I do not think that plot is at all vital to a good porno movie, I do think an effectively utilized plot sans horrible acting can make a porno more enjoyable.

Ah the timeless art of seduction...

Not really all that different from, say, a car with two people breaking down, finding a house up the road, discovering it abustle with a party whose sexually ambivalent host is "making a man" to seduce and in the midst of that winds up sleeping with both stranded parties...who then learn the host is an alien.

Then again, I don't really see a porno having a cult following.
