For cats (any kind of cat, really, even those with just the ears and/or tail), is it okay if Sebastian fondles the crap out of you?
Sebastian is terribly fond of felines, to point he can sit down and just rub their paws all day long. There's even apparently a black cat that visits regularly that Sebastian goes to see when he's having a bad day. ...And as of chapter 43, he apparently hides them in his closet. Fabulous.
I'd like to know, if your character is a cat of sorts, if it's okay for him to be... well, creepy is the word I'd use. He loves felines, intensely so.
Can Sebastian know if your character is not-human?
For the most part, it seems Sebastian can tell when someone isn't human. I headcanon it's a cluster of things; smell, appearance, feelings, and old-fashioned intuition. In some cases, though, it seems it could just simply fly over his head. (See: the recent reveal in the Ship Voyage arc.)

Is grabbing/hitting/kissing/pinching/personal invasion touching Sebastian in general okay?
Yes. It's not like he'll actually... y'know, react.
Can I harm Sebastian?
While I'll likely say yes, please run the conditions and everything by me first.
Can I kill Sebastian?
Um, no. Currently, that is-- if being gunned down by the damned Italian Mafia doesn't make Sebastian keel over, I doubt your kamehamehas and duel cards and hoola hoops will.
Is it okay if my character falls in love with/feel some kind of affection for Sebastian?
why are these a staple in permission posts...
But yes-- you don't like, need my approval for this. Just don't expect him to return the feeling. At all.
Is it okay if my character knows Sebastian is a demon?
For the most part, yeah, most supernatural beings recognize Sebastian as a demon to begin with, canonically. The only thing I ask is, if you'd like to reveal this, please discuss it with me. :c He tries rather hard to be the perfect butler, so.
