Okay, so I do not see the () button. I don't know if it's because I'm using Firefox. :\ I don't see it on the HTML editor either.

Hmm. I guess the button didn't copy. I use Firefox too. In rich text mode, the cut text button is the 9th one over froom the right. It is right beside the LJ Poll button and the Insert/Edit table button.

Strangely, I've always messed the cut up when doing it in rich text format, so I'm sorry I can't be of any assistance.

Nalathilion directed me to the handy button on the rich text formatting bar.

I miss Semagic. They really need to make a version for Macs.
