Good day, Ishida-san.
I am Ise Nanao, secretary/personal assistant to Kyouraku Shunsui, Co-Executive Chairman of the Board. I would like to put in a request for funds to replace my office door. It was damaged by Madarame Ikkaku, a security guard here at SSI, during a confrontation yesterday. If there are any forms or other official documentation that must be filled out to formalize the request, I can come by your office at your earliest convenience.
