My last job

Well, I went by my old job to show off my wedding pictures, but most of the people I worked with were already gone for the day and the ones that was there I didn't really know. I used to work in a hospital cafeteria as a dishwasher for ten long years.

THIRTEEN HOURS A DAY?? There's no way in hell I'd ever be desperate enough to take that kind of job! Please tell me it's not five days a week?? Is that even legal, to force employees to work that much?

No, not 5 days a week. It was more like 3 1/2 days. But, this is how they thought dividing up that half day was fair. The guy who worked when I was off worked from 6:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. then, I came in and worked from 12:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Now, how the hell did they expect that to work out evenly? Plus, they took off 30 min. for lunch. And believe me, they timed your break down to the second. I'm so glad that I finally got pissed off enough to leave.
