Just got back from WalMart. Got Raisin Bran and other stuff...
Eating plan:
Breakfast: Slimfast or cereal & skim milk or oatmeal, possibly fruit.
Lunch: not sure, veggies and/or fruits?
Pre-workout: Cereal & skim milk.
Post-workout: Protein- chicken and/or presliced stuff.

thanks :) my icon's actually Angeline Jolie. She's got my dream body. Basically, I have to eat enough each day to keep from binging. Right now I'm eating 1,000-1,400cals daily, healthy stuff and eating a bit every 3 hours, and I'm losing 1-2lbs a week.
