Breakfast was raisin bran and skim milk, plus 100cals applesauce.
Lunch... scalloped potatoes, salad, and cookies with milk. I think I need to eat slower, cause I kept feeling hungry. Anyone have any tips?

Try drinking a full glass of water about 10-15 minutes before you eat a meal. It's supposed to help curb your appetite.
