128.5lbs
because WIN :)

For some reason (possibly a sucky scale) there's a huge differance in how I look at 130 vs. anything just under that... my stomach breaks the gross-pudge to acceptably almost flat line, and the bones in my wrist are visible... for some reason I fixate on my wrist bones.

Go For It :) myfairhaley April 3 2006, 01:07:02 UTC
Hi there, I accidentally came across your LJ but I wanted to say that good luck to you and how tall are you? I am 5'4" and I am about 130lbs myself but I lost alot of weight like almost 20lbs, so its mostly muscle. I was also going to say that the vitamin supplement L-Carnitine is a great weight loss aid because it takes your energy from fat ( fat burner ). It has no caffeine and I used it and once you stop using it you don't really gain your weight back unless you start eating badly and stop exercising.
So that's just one little idea. But Good Luck to You and I hope it all works out for you. One thing I had to do that was motivating was just to remember that I loved who I was and to just make sure I was taking good care of my body. I also stuck a picture of a healthy toned actress up on my fridge. That also helped somewhat...

I'm 5'4" too, and also in the middle of going from pudgy to a more muscular build... although my exercising's been somewhat sidetracked by all this rain!
Did you take the L-Carnitine before workouts, or just as a daily supplement?

wow i know exactly what u mean. for some reason 2-3 lbs makes the biggest difference!! as of today i am 104.5 lbs and i feel and look a lot bigger and pudgier then when i was 101 or 102 a few days ago.

and its soo unfair because those few lbs just packed on because of like 2 bad days.

god luck with the weight loss!

Hope you like veggies!
It makes a HUGE pot, so if noone else is having it you might want to halve the recipe.
