some christmas thoughts

Unlike many people I know, Christmas usually passes by quietly for me and I would spend this season for merry-making at home, with neither friends nor presents by my side. This year, thanks to a bunch of friends, I didn’t have to spend Christmas cooped up at home feeling excluded. When plans for gatherings were firmed up for Christmas Eve as well
