Prom.

The theme for prom last year was "Red Carpet." This year, according to Ms. Ward, it's "The Great Gatsby." Now, I haven't read that book yet, but how exactly does it relate to prom?

It just means roaring 20's sort of thing--flappers, you know? I actually thought of the theme and I figured it would create some questions. Generally just 1920's New York. You don't have to dress according to the theme, though, I'm certainly not! :)

Oh, okay. Thank you. That makes sense. It would've been cool if they'd told us sooner so we would have been able to dress for the theme, though.
