Here's my rare update for anyone who actually has a look round. Just got back from a few weeks in Asia. Took in Thailand, Laos PDR and Brunei. All were ace except Brunei which was like a bad movie with brainwashed zombies. On the work front, things with my boss came to a head and I have basically resigned to keep from being chased out. Ooh birthday CD for me? Exciting! I picked up an original Nancy Sinatra/Lee Hazlewood LP on eBay the other day. Can't wait to hear it.

hey what nancy/lee lp did you buy? i have the first nancy/lee lp, and i found another one at a record fair of "more hits" with nancy & lee. both are v good.

Hi John! Yeah have been watching your progress. Actually meant to ask you about it as it's a field that quite interests me. What can you tell me about the school you went to?

asthm is a private graduate school .. cost me about $5000 for the cert 2 which im just finishing up now. its mostly the home to international students, only a handful of locals. the cookery staff are all excellent .. very supportive, and well connected. its awesome to have them all right behind me, ive worked hard for it. next year im wanting to do cert 3 patisserie part time while working.

the other side of the school specialises in hotel management. ill have the option to go for a degree in hotel management once i complete cert 4 :)
