Is there any glue that will bind silicone rubber to plastic? Even Google doesn't seem to know.

thistothat.com recommends (for rubber->plastic):

"For strength, we recommend: Barges

But for large areas, and a smoother application we recommend: 3M 80

A less toxic, and unfortunately, not as strong option is:

LePage's Press-Tite Contact (solvent-based)
LePage's Press-Tite Green Contact Cement
3M Fastbond 30-NF

There are so many kinds of plastic its hard to give advice here that applies to them all. If possible try a small test in an area that doesn't show.

Some plastics have a smooth surface finish that can be sanded off with a 120 grit sand paper, for better adhering properties."

Thanks, that site is awesome! But silicone rubber is a different material from plain ol' rubber, which something like Krazy Glue works for. The site doesn't list an option for silicone rubber :/
