I think it was actually just posed for the photo since it's from a dice-sale site, but people do roll 20s all the time.

Actually, I once witnessed a triple botch (three ones at once). It was amazing. The odds are like 1 in 10,000.

i have a freind whose bf gave himself a tattoo with a knife and some kind of home made ink

it's not hard, you just have to cut yourself lightly and then rub in the ink.
